Mr. Olawale Bada is the CEO and Founder of TIPESC Sports. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria and I think we could write a book about his football career. He was very driven for success and wanted to win all the time, his style of play earned him a nickname “Hungry Striker” but unfortunately his football career was shortened by a series of injuries.

Mr. Bada”s passion for Life and Football has contributed to his success as a Football Coach which led to the discovery of his Vision-TIPESC. He is in Possession of UEFA Coaching Licence which he obtained at the KNVB Academie (Dutch Football Association). His ability to lead has grown not only because he’s been to many Leadership Seminars but his hunger for more knowledge also led him to the Johan Cruyff Institute where he got his Masters Degree in Sports Management.

Mr. Bada is a team-player, pro-active, fast learner person and loves challenges; he developed the skills to find relevant solutions, to motivate people around him even during critical phase.

If you are looking for a committed,serious, young and beautiful Physiotherapist you will probably not find a better candidate  than Esther Foppen. Esther attended University of Utrecht, Holland where she got her Bacherlor’s degree in Physiotheraphy and Masters degree in Orthopaedic Manual Theraphy.

Esther’s posture revealed her love for sport and her personality while her Mentality has contributed a lot to her success as a Footballer. She has been the Top Scorer of her Club (VVOG, Harderwijk) for many years.

Esther said, “I have chosen my Profession because I LOVE IT and I LIKE WORKING WITH PEOPLE “. Esther Foppen is a Gigantic asset for TIPESC Sports.

 

 

PROFILE

Osmond Ogali was born in the Eastern part of Nigeria. He was a talented footballer with a brilliant left foot. He has played in the highest league in Nigeria with NNPC and Julius Berger. He also had a spell in the Dutch League before he decided to become a Coach.

Osmond began his Coaching career in England before he moved to the USA where he had an Excellent period of his Coaching career which include his time at the University of Louisiana as the Head Coach.

Osmond is in possession of UEFA and USSF Coaching Licence and he will be in the Management Team at TIPESC Sports.

 

 

PROFILE

Jan Rademaker was born in Amsterdam, Holland. He is a man with a Teachable spirit which is reflected in his Educational Background. He attended Johan Cruyff Institute where he got his Masters Degree in Sports Management and he also graduated from Nederlandse Academie for Psychotherapie where he got his degree in Counseling and Coaching.
